We've been leaning on each other for a while now. Happy Birthday to my baby brother, Adam. 🎂🍨🥂 I love and cherish him so much. Here's to many, many more...lean times. ❤️
I love us. Cheers to year 12, and all the friends and family that have supported us from day 1. ❤️
Hung out with a few of my favorite mamas and mama-aunties at St Thomas, Roseboro, with a few more of my favorites that I regretfully didn't get pictures with today. 💕 We ate cake before our meal, I spoke on our God-design, and we learned about mental health. I am so thankful for the village of women and the community of villages that raised me. Sarah had a ball, and I appreciate the opportunity to speak, laugh, and fellowship. I am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow at the church that raised me and watched me grow, Sam's Spring, at 11am. It will be strange and bittersweet knowing that so many of the matriarchs are gone. Oh, how they loved the Women's Day service. They are watching from the "balcony" seats now...with crowns of jewels instead of their church hats. I will be standing in their legacy tomorrow. 🙏🏽
To all the mamas that told me before I had kids how much "easier" boys were than girls, is this what yall meant? This is what yall meant by easy? Sliding and tumbling down the stairs to only come back and want to do it again? Boy-moms, I have questions...
Happy Birthday to my heart and Big Sister, @chasitymelvin! She's always had my back. You see the confidence in the kids' faces. They know she would do anything for them, support them in all their endeavors, and encourage them to reach their dreams. Yep. That's exactly what she's always done for me.
Can't believe Niecey Piecey is 21! Happy Birthday! You changed all our lives! Thank you!
